Avotech Corporation successfully completed the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of power and control cables, including testing and commissioning support for the main pumping units at the Upper Wawa Pumping Station.
The project covered the installation of critical electrical cabling required to connect the pumping equipment to the facility’s power, control, and auxiliary systems. Avotech’s scope included cable supply, pulling, routing, installation, termination, splicing, identification, testing, and commissioning activities.
In addition to the cable works, Avotech also participated in the testing and commissioning of the main pumps, verifying the readiness and proper operation of the installed systems prior to turnover. These activities required close coordination among electrical, mechanical, control, and commissioning teams to ensure that the pumping equipment and associated electrical systems were functioning as intended.
Avotech provided the required manpower, supervision, tools, test equipment, and technical support throughout the execution of the works. All activities were performed in accordance with approved project procedures, safety requirements, and applicable electrical standards.
The successful completion of this project demonstrates Avotech Corporation’s capability to deliver large-scale electrical installation, testing, and commissioning works for major pumping, water infrastructure, and industrial facilities, from material supply and installation through final system verification and turnover.
